At Speediance, we’re here to keep your home gym running smoothly. The Speediance Spares Store provides replacement parts and accessories to help you maintain your equipment. Because these are smaller components rather than full gym units, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and efficient.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for:

Incorrect or damaged items received

Warranty replacement parts that are faulty or not functioning as intended

Purchased spare parts that meet the regional return criteria below
Installed, used, or damaged parts cannot be returned unless a warranty issue is confirmed.
Warranty Replacement Orders
Many items shipped through this store are provided free of charge under warranty.
If your replacement part arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we’ll ship a new replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds are not issued for warranty replacements, as these items are provided under your existing equipment warranty.
All replacement parts retain the same warranty coverage period as your original Speediance machine.
Spare Part Purchases (Non-Warranty Orders)
EU and UK Customers
If you’ve purchased a spare part through our EU or UK store, you may return it within 14 days of delivery if it’s unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is your responsibility.
If the item has been opened, used, or damaged, a reasonable amount may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
Australia and New Zealand Customers
Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted once items have shipped.
However, at our discretion, we may consider a return if the part is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
In these cases:

Outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Merchant or transaction fees may also be deducted.

We’ll always confirm these amounts before processing your refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items (All Regions)
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect part, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Return Process
To start a return or warranty claim:

Email your regional support team with your order number and issue details.

Wait for return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending anything back.

Package the part securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Unauthorized or unlabelled returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Any deductions for shipping or merchant fees will be clearly communicated before your refund is processed.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We’re unable to accept returns or refunds for:

Used or installed parts

Consumables such as screws, adhesives, or lubricants

Electronic components that have been connected or powered

Free warranty replacement items

Returns sent without prior authorization
