All prices are displayed in local currency for the relevant regional store and include applicable taxes where required.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order due to pricing errors, incorrect stock information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payments are handled securely by trusted third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.

Replacement and Spare Parts
The Spares Store primarily handles warranty replacement parts, most of which are supplied free of charge following approval of a warranty claim.
Replacement parts do not extend or renew your existing warranty coverage.
Customers may also purchase spare parts or small components for maintenance or upgrades. Installation should be performed by qualified individuals or technicians. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.
Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on courier availability, customs, or holidays.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered, even if supplied as a free warranty replacement.
Returns and Refunds

Warranty replacement parts are not refundable, as they are provided free of charge.
Purchased spare parts may be returned if unused and unopened, subject to the timeframes and terms in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of Liability
