Where We Ship

Whether you’re breaking a sweat in Sydney, sculpting your home gym in London, lifting in Lisbon, or powering through in Wellington – we’ve got you covered.

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (from our Sydney warehouse)

  • New Zealand (from our Auckland warehouse)

  • United Kingdom (from our England warehouse)

  • European Union and EFTA countries (from our Germany warehouse)

Order Processing

Once payment is confirmed, we’ll get moving.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be packed the next working day.
For Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU destinations, allow an extra 1–2 business days for customs documentation.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. While we do our best to meet estimates, delays can occasionally happen due to holidays, customs checks, or courier delays.

Approximate delivery windows:

  • Germany: 1–2 business days

  • Other EU countries such as the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Spain, and Portugal: 3–6 business days

  • Nordic and Eastern EU countries such as Finland, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, and Romania: 4–8 business days

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

  • Australia (NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA): 2–7 business days

  • Australia (TAS, NT, WA): 4–8 business days

  • New Zealand North Island: 2–4 business days

  • New Zealand South Island: 3–6 business days

All deliveries use tail-lift pallet delivery for heavy gear, ensuring a safe drop-off right at your doorstep.

Pre-Ordered Items

Pre-order dates shown on our product pages are estimates only. Although we strive to dispatch within those time frames, unforeseen events such as manufacturing delays, logistics challenges, or customs holdups can occur.
If this happens, we’ll keep you updated by email so you always know what’s going on.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the product’s size, weight, and destination. All costs are clearly displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Tail-Lift Delivery Details

Your order will be delivered curbside via tail-lift truck. Drivers will place the box at ground level near your entrance but, for safety and liability reasons, cannot help move it indoors.

If you need assistance, we suggest arranging help through local services such as Airtasker or inviting a few friends for a lifting session.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your gear’s journey from our warehouse to your workout space.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up when expected, contact your regional support team within seven days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and include photos or details so we can resolve it quickly.
